What we do
Three desks: the sale and purchase of river and river-sea vessels, chartering and transport, and grain trade brokerage. The desks share one market and one team, so a vessel purchase can be followed by its first fixture, and a grain sale by the freight that delivers it.
How we work
- One side per deal. We never act for buyer and seller at the same time.
- Written enquiries and written answers, so that terms are traceable.
- Standard market forms: Norwegian Saleform, GENCON, SYNACOMEX, GAFTA, FOSFA. Not bespoke contracts nobody has tested.
- Commission agreed in advance and payable on completion.
- Confidentiality by default: names, prices and counterparties are disclosed only on your instruction.
Where we work
The Danube from the upper river to the delta, the Black Sea ports of Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia and Türkiye, and the Mediterranean discharge ports for grain and oilseed. We work in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
